The concept of logo branding is about consistency. Imagine you’re out doing your weekly groceries and searching for your favorite cookies that goes so well with your chai. You want to just skim through the shelves and spot them from a mile away, right? That’s how it is with your business as well. The reason why the best brands get such a comfortable seat in our brains is because they’re defined by repetition. Repetition of the same images, font and colors. You need to create a sense of reliability among your audience in order to get your message through, and to do that you need a visual symbol that will represent you. That is called a logo.
What are the key elements of a logo?
- The Color Palette
- A Timeless Design
It is your responsibility as the owner of your business to ensure all aspects are covered before we start designing the logo. Custom logo orders are based solely on information that a client provides.
Since August 2018 I have been honoured to serve over 50 creative women in business by setting a visual symbol on their brand. Here I will walk you through the process, the different steps and what to expect of me as your graphic designer.

After the payment, you will receive a confirmation email within 24-48 hours where I will be attaching a “Brand Discovery Questionnaire” and an invoice of your order. No logo is ordered until the payment is done. The Brand Discovery Questionnaire contains all the questions that are needed for me to start on your logo. This is so I can get an image of what your business is about and what you’re looking for. I believe the more knowledge I have about your business, the better design I can deliver in the first draft, so answer as many questions as possible! The spaces left blank will be considered free hands from my part.

After going through the questionnaire, I will send you several drafts and detailed descriptions, explaining thoroughly about the choices I made. A link to your personal Google Doc page where you can follow the logo process from A to Z will also be sent to you. The Google Doc page will function as a live tab for us both so we can track the time and process of the logo. You will be able to view the amount of brand mark revisions you have left, when the next deadline is, what we worked on last etc.
I expect detailed feedback of the drafts. One word answers will NOT be taken seriously.

This step consists of all the small adjustments that are left. I always provide unlimited amount of adjustments to secure my clients satisfaction. Many times, new ideas pop up at this stage, and I never want you to feel scared to share them with me. Everything is permitted apart from the brand mark layout change. This rule applies even though you have brand mark revisions left in your package, as I have deadlines to meet and will never be able to deliver if you take another turn now. The brand mark revisions are only allowed to be changed in step two.

When we’re done with the adjustments, the font process will start. This is the most fun and creative step of the whole logo process! Your chosen package comes with a set amount of high-end fonts, that will be shown through a PDF-file with your business name typed out in each font-style.
However, there are upgrade-fonts available as well, that I will be attaching in a different PDF-file. These fonts comes with different prices and it’s entirely up to you if you want to purchase a new unique font-style or you’re ok with the free ones I provide.

The day the logo is ready to be delivered, is called the “launch day”. A fixed instagram display picture and a story will be sent out to you so you don’t have to zoom in and ruin the pixels. I am very excited to share alongside with you as you begin a fresh new season in your business and will happily share the brand/business with my followers to increase your audience. All files will be shared through a Dropbox folder and the folder will be connected to the email you provided in the Brand Discovery Questionnaire.

Feedback is greatly appreciated but is not obligatory. However, since I’m working as a freelancer it’s very important to me if you could take out the time to write me a review as I will be using it to draw future clients. After the final delivery is done and we have sorted the launch day of your logo, a review link will be sent to you.
